How much is earned? Your exact rate is set by your tier. Everyone starts at a baseline of $50 per student. The higher your tier, the bigger your commission.
What counts? Every active student counts. We verify this from billing with full transparency.
When are you paid? Half your commission arrives 30 days after the school completes onboarding. The other half arrives six months later.

You earn a per-student commission based on your current tier — starting at $50/student in the Blue tier and climbing to $70/student once you reach Diamond (1,201+ students in the year). Every active student counts, verified straight from the school's billing.

We take the school's total invoiced volume and divide it by its average tuition. Every student that math accounts for is active, and every one counts toward your annual total.

The commission goes to the ambassador who closes the deal — the one who guided the school through to signing with Clad.

In two installments: half of your commission arrives 30 days after the school completes onboarding, and the other half arrives six months after that.

Just going forward. The moment you cross into a new tier, your higher rate automatically applies to every new student you bring in for the rest of that calendar year. Students you already closed at your previous rate keep that rate — tier upgrades aren't retroactive.

No. Only new students you personally close count toward your yearly tier total. Renewals pay you separately (see below) but never move your tier.

Yes. Every student you've closed pays you a flat $25 renewal for each year after the close year that they stay active — the same rate whether you're Blue or Diamond, verified with the same billing math as your original commission. Renewal income stacks on top of everything else and compounds year over year: close 500 students in one year, and that alone pays $12,500 in renewals the following year, before you've closed anything new.

Milestones are bonus rewards stacked on top of your full commission and renewals, they don't replace or reduce your per-student pay. Hit 350+ students in 2026 and you're on an all-expenses-paid trip to Hawaii in early December; cross 750+ and your +1 flies with you. Cross 1,500+ and you choose between a Mercedes-Benz GLE or $60,000 cash.

Yes. Both are based on new students you close within the calendar year, so progress restarts each January. Renewals from prior years' students don't count toward either.

Reaching Diamond tier (1,201+ students in a year) earns you a seat on Clad's Advisory Board — a group of school leaders and ambassadors who meet directly with the founders to shape products, pricing, and the program itself, plus get early access to new Clad products and pilots.
